Kaya Volunteer Programs in India
Description
Become a volunteer in India with Kaya! This is your chance to help the hardworking and determined the people of India as they fight an uphill battle from poverty. Our volunteer projects are located in the communities of Rajasthan, Himanchal, Jaipur and Goa, where the people there face a plethora of issues and challenges daily. We have a mix of volunteer projects, adventure and volunteering, tours and projects designed to give you a little more of an insight into Indian culture including a project to learn how to cook authentic Indian food and chance to understand and learn Hindi.
Current Volunteer Projects in India:
1. Child Care and Community Teaching in Rajasthan - £1245 ($2179) for 4 weeks
2. Community Development and Social Empowerment in Jaipur - £795 ($1391) for 2 weeks
3. Renovation and Community Awareness Short project in Rajasthan or Himachal - £995 ($1741) for 2 weeks
4. Learn to Cook Authentic Indian Food in Jaipur - £849 ($1486) for 2 weeks
5. Learn Hindi in Jaipur - £749 ($1311) for 2 weeks
6. Cultural Immersion and Volunteer Combo in Goa - £1345 ($2354) for 4 weeks
7. Health Promotion in Udaipur - £1149 ($2011) for 4 weeks
8. Child Care and Youth Development in Himachal - £1245 ($2179) for 4 weeks
9. Work as a Teaching Assistant in Udaipur - £1149 ($2011) for 4 weeks
