Global Seekers Development Expeditions (GSDE) is an international volunteer and internship organization committed to promoting green/meaningful travel and supporting sustainable development in developing countries with a special focus on Africa.

Volunteer Program:

Global Seekers Development Expeditions (GSDE) offers a variety of volunteer opportunities for people looking for 2 to 12 weeks voluntary work in Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi and Ghana. Participants can gain enriching and positive life changing experience. GSDE program will offer you so much more than just volunteer and travel. It is an opportunity to re-energize, learn and give something back to people you visit.

We work in partnership with community-based development organizations, schools, health centres and self-help groups who provide volunteer placements. Our host organizations or partners are carefully selected to ensure that they can provide a meaningful experience to program participants and the partners benefit from volunteer's work. Volunteer Program Fee:

Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana and Malawi
From: 2 weeks - USD 749

Extended program fee: is USD 100 for every week thereafter. We offer USD 100 for returning volunteers, family or a group. The USD 250 deposit you send with your application is deductible from the fee.

Internship Program:

In a world of competition where thousands of graduates are lining up for the top jobs, Internships are a critical component of career exploration. Internship can help you gain valuable work experience, because more and more employers look for internship experience when hiring. GSDE offers internship program in Kenya, Tanzania and Ghana and Malawi for students and professionals in areas of community development, social work, health care, business management, environment studies, nature conservation, and teaching all year around. The internship program provides interns with practical skills and experience through their placement in their field of study or career.

We believe that learning is a lifelong journey, and so, our programs are not limited to students, we welcome participants 18 and older of all nationalities.
