As a Peru volunteer, your first week will be an introduction to South America, the country, its culture and language, as well some practical stuff like a trip round Cusco (where you’ll be staying and working), using public transport, where to change money, staying safe. You’ll spend a few days learning a bit about the projects and institutions you can work with as well as everything you need to know about being a Peru volunteer.
